Prior to joining Aria - I have worked in a CA firm which helped me gain end to end exposure in the following:
• Provided Consultancy to various entities on matters relating to Direct and Indirect taxation, Tax Planning, and Corporate Law matters.
• Planned and monitored a team of 3 for audit programs for multiple statutory and direct tax audits, as per the standards of auditing and relevant laws applicable to the company. Assisted in finalization aspects.
• Preparation of General and Tax Accounts, Financial Statements and Computations, Returns and Reports of multifarious entities for submission to various authorities including Tax authorities.
• Collated cash flows and various management information reports after analyzing financials and various systems & controls in place, for the effective management of company resources.
• Streamlined the compliance requirements of clients and managed their periodic filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as per the New Companies Act, 2013.
