Professional experience prior to joining Aria
Before joining Aria, I worked in accounting and compliance roles where I handled end-to-end bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, statutory filings, reconciliations, and coordination with auditors, banks. My experience includes preparing financial reports, managing vendor payments and documentation, and ensuring timely regulatory compliance while supporting day-to-day finance operations.

What are your primary focus areas or responsibilities at Aria?
Processing payments to vendors and reconciling vendor and client ledgers.
Preparing TDS and GST workings for monthly and quarterly returns.
Preparing MIS reports and detailed expense statements.
Reconciling income and expense data with net worth and asset records.
Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconciling debtor and creditor ledgers.
Handling registration of Trusts under Sections 80G and 12A.
Preparing daily reports for pending vendor payments and outstanding client receivables.
What part of your work do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy the most when my work brings clarity and structure—especially in accounting, compliance, and financial processes. What energises me is solving problems, ensuring accuracy, and supporting teams by keeping systems compliant and well-organised. Knowing that my work helps the organisation run smoothly, meet statutory requirements, and make informed decisions gives me a strong sense of purpose.

What draws me to the social and development sector is the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, long-term impact. Being part of work that supports communities, strengthens systems, and drives positive social change gives deeper purpose to my professional skills and motivates me to go beyond routine outcomes.

I enjoy unwinding with music and light reading in my free time—it helps me relax, reset, and come back feeling refreshed.
