Professional experience prior to joining Aria
Before joining Aria, I worked with Indian clients across the private sector, primarily supporting finance and accounting operations. My role focused on end-to-end accounting, preparation of financial and management reports, compliance review, and coordination with clients and auditors. I gained exposure to diverse business environments, strengthening my understanding of financial processes, regulatory requirements, and operational financial management.

What are your primary focus areas or responsibilities at Aria?
I bring strong expertise in stakeholder and team coordination, along with extensive experience working with both Indian and international clients across finance and accounting functions. My core strengths include preparation and review of management accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and monitoring statutory and regulatory compliances. I am adept at maintaining process efficiency, supporting financial oversight, and delivering structured, client-focused financial solutions.
What part of your work do you enjoy the most?
Enjoy interacting with offshore clients, as it broadens my exposure and gives me a strong sense of purpose and professional growth.
What draws you to the social / development sector?
I’ve always felt deeply connected to causes that involve care and compassion. Having previously worked for the welfare of stray dogs, I experienced firsthand how small efforts can create meaningful impact. That sense of nurturing and contributing to something beyond myself naturally draws me towards the social and development sector.
One thing you enjoy outside of work
Outside of work, I enjoy learning new languages, exploring different places, discovering new things, and expressing my creativity through artwork. These little passions keep me inspired and constantly growing.
