I have gained hands-on professional experience in accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance within the professional services and finance domain. My work has primarily involved managing GST, income tax, TDS compliance, financial reporting, and statutory filings for individuals and business entities. I have handled end-to-end return preparation, reconciliations, regulatory submissions, and client coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance. This exposure has provided a strong foundation in finance operations, compliance-driven environments, and client-facing responsibilities.

My core strength lies in understanding financial data and translating it into clear, accurate outcomes that support compliance and business needs. I have practical exposure to tax-related work, financial records, and reporting, along with hands-on use of tools like Advanced Excel and Tally for day-to-day financial tasks. I am detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with deadlines, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
What are your primary focus areas or responsibilities at Aria?
I work with financial data to provide a clear and accurate view of the organization’s performance. I prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. By closely monitoring actual performance against budgets, I identify trends, highlight variances, and suggest areas for improvement. I create detailed reports that simplify complex information, making it easy for management to understand key insights. My work involves analysing financial data to support informed decision-making. Through continuous tracking and analysis, I help the organization plan strategically for the future. My role ensures that resources are used wisely and goals are consistently achieved. Ultimately, I contribute to stronger financial control, better decision-making, and long-term organizational growth.
What part of your work do you enjoy the most?
Working with numbers to uncover meaningful insights is what drives me every day. I find it rewarding to identify trends and patterns that help shape decisions and create impact. Turning data into clear, actionable insights gives me satisfaction and a sense of purpose. It keeps me engaged, motivated, and constantly learning.
What draws you to the social / development sector?
It gives me an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. The work goes beyond profit and focuses on creating positive and lasting impact. I like being part of efforts that support communities and promote equality. It’s meaningful to contribute my skills to work that truly matters.
